Inspiration + Happy Weekend

I had a real dilemma this week when I started to design invitations for this exciting event.

It is so strange how as a designer it is easy to design everyone else’s events, but when it comes to your own it is so much harder! I had no idea what to draw or what style to follow.

So I just started with one little step. I bought this font and wrote our names in it.

And before I knew it, I had an idea, I had colours, I had two super cute little characters that look just like us. It’s all about just starting sometimes isn’t it! I can’t wait to show you the final result.
