Make Believe: Modern Boudoir

After spending some time recently in castles, it has come to my attention that I do not have a boudoir.

In fact, I only have a small walk in robe which is really a hallway and certainly not a space for entertaining romantic interests or doing embroidery and the like.

Hence, I decided to build a make believe boudoir.

I have watched Marie Antoinette closely and I believe this private drawing room of mine should have a sofa to lounge gracefully on, champagne glasses, candles, soft lighting and of course a brass table (my favourite piece).

Perhaps I should change out the ‘man den’ downstairs for this room?
