We’re loving these pretty vintage florals in our next installment of our Free Stock Photo Friday Series.
Today we have a beautiful jacaranda bloom from the tree outside my house.
And a cute as a button dandelion.
Don’t forget, you can add words to your images under the Creative Common License for these images, which makes these two great for adding quotes to for your blog posts.

I started this column becuase I was having the same problem myself. I thought if I took the photos and shared them at least we’d all know it was okay for them to be used! I just stumbled across this link which might be useful – I haven’t looked through it properly but could be a great source: http://morguefile.com/ (don’t worry, it’s not pictures of morgues! Morgue files is an industry term). Hope that helps

I used to work in newspapers and we referred to our years and years of archives as “the morgue,” so I find the term quite endearing, actually.
